General Policy: At The Cozy Duo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kit purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange for any reason, please review the policy below.
Return Conditions:

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.

Item Condition: Returned items must be in their unused, unopened, and undamaged original condition. All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Special Note: For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:

Kits that have been opened or used.

Digital patterns (e.g., PDFs) and digital download products.

Customized or personalized items.

Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
Return Process:

Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Step 3: Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to the address we provide.

Step 4: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchange Process:

If your item has a quality issue or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact customer service. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

If you wish to exchange for a different item (not due to a quality issue), please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
