General Policy: At The Cozy Duo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kit purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange for any reason, please review the policy below.

Return Conditions:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in their unused, unopened, and undamaged original condition. All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Special Note: For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Kits that have been opened or used.

  • Digital patterns (e.g., PDFs) and digital download products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Return Process:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service at thecozyduo2005@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  • Step 3: Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to the address we provide.

  • Step 4: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchange Process:

  • If your item has a quality issue or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact customer service. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

  • If you wish to exchange for a different item (not due to a quality issue), please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Shipping Fees:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: The Cozy Duo will cover all round-trip shipping costs.

  • Non-Quality Issues (e.g., personal preference): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
